To whom it may concern：
Sinochem Yangzhou Import & Export Co., Ltd. is currently applying to become a public corporation. For the sake of the submission of listing application to the department concerned, Sinochem Yangzhou has been officially approved to change the present name of the company into Yangzhou Chemical Co., Ltd. (abbreviated to YZCHEM or YANGZHOU CHEMICAL).
The new name of the corporation is to be brought into effect, starting from September 20, 2006, and will hereafter be used in all the documents and business operations of the company. In the meantime, all the contracts and their corresponding commitments, together with all the creditor’s rights and the debtor’s obligations, shall automatically transfer from Sinochem Yangzhou Import & Export Co., Ltd. to Yangzhou Chemical Co. Ltd.
The address, contact phone numbers and account numbers of the original corporation shall remain unchanged. In all the documents and business operations of the corporation, SINOCHEM YANGZHOU will no longer be used, and YANGZHOU CHEMICAL will be used instead (See Appendix).
In spite of a different name, Yangzhou Chemical Co., Ltd. will continue to act on the fine tradition of Sinochem Yangzhou Import & Export Co., Ltd., persist in the enterprise spirit of Clients First and Service First and contribute to the national and international chemical industry.
